What else should I know before participating in this program?

Students undertaking industry placement qualifications are required to undertake vocational placement which forms part of your assessment. This will require you to work (unpaid) in a live working environment. Duration of vocational placement will depend on your specific course requirements.

The delivery of lower-level training to eligible students will be permissible in exceptional circumstances. Typically, this will be when the lower-level training leads directly to employment, or the student is identified as requiring prior skilling to ensure a reasonable chance of succeeding at the Certificate III level.
