Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is the process of gaining a qualification, or part of a qualification, by recognising your existing skills and knowledge gained through work and experience. Perhaps you have a qualification gained overseas that is not recognised in Australia or have years of practical experience? Through RPL Ready, we can recognise your existing skills and help you gain a nationally accredited qualification. Take our Free Skills Assessment to get started!
We offer this process to you through a combination of online and direct contact from your RPL Trainer/ Assessor. Your online component is set up for you to upload all of your evidence that you have collected over time and we provide online tables for referencing examples of evidence. Your RPL Support Officer will guide and support you through this process and liaise with you for any exceptions. Following completion of the evidence collection, the Trainer/ Assessor will conduct the competency conversation and remaining steps.
