Enrolment is easy. You may simply click here to enrol in your course of choice, or by clicking on the Enrol Now button located on any of our course pages, and follow the prompts. You can also enrol by post, or by calling 1300 771 192.

  • How do I choose the right course for me?

Invest time choosing the right path and you will find your study experience more enjoyable.

    • Find the course you want to study. Make sure the course is right for you by checking what it involves, the schedules, fees and if you need any prior knowledge or experience in the area.
    • Take advantage of our free Course Guide to help you choose.
    • Some courses also have information sessions you can attend to find out more about what is involved.
    • It’s also worth checking whether your previous experience in work, life or study can count towards completing a qualification. You may find out more about Skills Recognition here.

There are many pathways available to get you where you want to go, and our Course and Career Advisors are here to help you every step of the way.

  • How do I pay for my course?

Wise Education Group offers a range of payment options -- From discounts for payments made in full, to interest-free monthly, fortnightly and weekly payment plans. Some students may also be eligible for government funding programs to help them study approved courses. All options available per course will be presented to you as you complete your enrolment form.

  • What happens once I've successfully enrolled?

Upon enrolment, a Course and Careers Advisor will get in touch with you to provide your login and password to our innovative online learning platform. By logging in your My Learning account, you can easily access all your course materials (like workbooks, readings, interactive lessons, videos, quizzes, and assessments) and interact with your tutor as required.

  • What equipment do I require to study online?

All you need is a computer, basic software (Microsoft Word) and access to the internet. Everything else will be supplied to you in study materials. Some of our courses require extra materials or specific software -- However, this will be specified within the course details section. For some courses, you even have the option of receiving your learning materials in hard copy, but you'll still use our online portal for most of your course.

  • Will my online qualifications be recognised?

Yes. Every qualification offered by Wise is accredited through the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) and is nationally recognised. It is the same as doing the course through TAFE or other private education providers. Our qualifications are identical regardless of whether you completed the course online, or by distance learning.

  • Am I eligible to study if I have no prior qualifications?

Most of our courses do not require you to have pre-requisite study. Our courses do require you to have Basic English language skills and be over 15 years of age. Any other specific requirements will be listed in the course guide, which you may download here.

  • Can I study from overseas?

Yes. Our courses are designed with enough flexibility so you can study anywhere and anytime, making life easier for you. All Wise Education Group courses are government accredited. This means that the qualifications you receive upon graduation are recognised all around Australia and internationally.

  • I have no background in certain subjects, will I cope?

We carefully design and deliver all our units to help you develop the knowledge you need to be successful in your chosen field of study. Courses and course units at Wise follow best teaching and learning practices to ensure you cope and excel in your subjects.

How long does it take to finish a course?

Our online and distance education options allow for courses to be completed at your own pace, so study can fit in with your lifestyle. That said, each subject description provides an outline of the recommended speed of achievement, to help you plan ahead.

Will I need to attend exams?

No. Our online courses have no exams that you physically need to attend. All your assessments will be submitted online, or by correspondence, for marking.

What support is available if I need help getting started?

We provide our students with strong support before, during and after the completion of their studies. Our Course and Career Advisors will help you select the course best suited to your career and study goals. Our Student Support team is available to answer any questions you might have about your course.

What support is available once I begin studying?

During your studies, you will be allocated a facilitator who will remain your personal contact and be closely involved in your studies throughout the course. This professional can be freely contacted, and will provide you with feedback over the duration. We also supply technical support in case you experience any technical issues using the student portal.

Can Wise help me find work after I qualify?

Yes. It is important that you start thinking about your work placement at the beginning of your course. If you are unsuccessful in securing your own placement, we have professional Career Advisors and work placement programs available, as well as access to professional recruiters who can help you find work across a range of industries once you are qualified.

Will I receive a certificate?

When you complete your course, you'll receive a document which certifies you have successfully completed your studies. Depending on which course you enrol in, this could be a Statement of Attainment, or a nationally recognised Certificate or Diploma.
