If you're ready to build on your existing skills then the CHC40213 Certificate IV in Education Support will enhance your skills in providing care and supervision for children from kindergarten to Year 12. This qualification covers workers in a range of education settings, including public and independent schools and community education settings, who provide assistance and support to teachers and students under broad-based supervision.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.
As part of the course assessment, you will need to arrange work placement for a total of at least 120 hours in a regulated education or childcare service centre. This is to meet requirements of the unit of competency CHCCEDS021 Assist in facilitation of student learning.
Students must also obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Check.
