The delivery and assessment of this program is a blended approach comprising of distance based workbooks and assessments, training sessions conducted through scheduled webinar and online clinical modules supporting the aged care industry. Participants will be allocated up to 5 units of competency at a time. The webinars will be scheduled and students will be provided with a calendar of events to register. The clinical modules will be allocated at enrolment and can be completed over time throughout the program.

Upon successful completion of this qualification, participants are able to continue their learning journey into: CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
As part of the assessment to achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency CHCCCS023 Support independence and wellbeing.
In order to work in the industry, students must obtain a current Police Check.
