Certificate III in Active Volunteering

Studying a Certificate III in Active Volunteering is an excellent way to launch your career as a Community Worker. It covers a wide range of topics relating to working in a volunteer capacity. Students will learn how to work with clients and co-workers from culturally diverse backgrounds; communicate with clients and co-workers, engaging in safe work practices; work effectively as part of a group; solve a variety of predicable problems; use discretion and judgement; take responsibility for their learning and work outputs and take limited responsibility for the output of others within the work group.
